WHAT TO EXPECT

With such a variety of session types, photography styles, business platforms, price ranges, and end product expectations, choosing a photographer for you and/or your family can be a bit daunting. And with such a plethora of talented photographers, it’s even overwhelming. For this reason, I would like you to know what to expect from your session particularly with me.

Consultation. An in person personal consultation is highly recommended for any new client. During this consultation we can introduce ourselves to each other, and discuss your photography needs. These needs may include session details such as the style of photography, location, wardrobe, how you envision your perfect session, products, and any information I need to know about the individuals that will be photographed.

Photography Style. I would like to describe my photography style as dreamy, ethereal, and romantic. I like to combine photojournalistic candids with formal posing in the same session as well. My favorite style that I adore are clean, bright, simple, and light. However, if your style leans toward darker and moodier, I would be more than happy to accommodate.

The Session. Currently, I only operate within Knox County, and some surrounding areas within 45 minutes of zip code 37934. Most photo sessions take place outdoors during the early morning or evening hours when the light is at its best. Please let me know if you would like an indoor location or studio. This can be arranged. For families, please remain relaxed and don’t stress when children get too excited, or would like to explore. I like to capture the special moments as they unfold naturally.

Images from all sessions are proofed in person so you can choose your favorites. All images are delivered with basic professional editing ( custom retouching in photoshop are $15 per image) in an online gallery with a print release. Turn around time is 2-4 weeks. I do offer rush delivery for a fee so please inquire if there is a need.

Prices shown for each session type does not include TN sales tax. The tax will be included with your total prior to payment. Full payment must be received prior to the session. I do accept cash, credit card, and PayPal. All clients must sign a contract, and pay for their session in full to secure their chosen session date/time unless an agreement fora non-refundable retainer is made with the photographer.
